Blueberry Calm Pie

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup vegan butter
  • 6-7 tbsp cold water

Pie Filling:

  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Berry Calm Superfood Powder
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 cups fresh blueberries  
  • 1 tbsp vegan butter


    Pie Crust

    step one

    Mix flour and salt in a large bowl.

    step two

    Cut in butter, add water on tbsp at a time and press with fork and hands until dough forms.

    step three

    Wrap dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1+ hours.

    Pie Filling

    step one

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

    step two

    Mix sugar, cornstarch, superfood powder, salt, and cinnamon, and sprinkle over washed blueberries in a large bowl.

    step three

    Line pie dish pie crust. Pour berry mixture into the crust and evenly dot with 1 tbsp butter chunks. Cut remaining crust into strips and make lattice top. Cut and crimp crust edges.

    step four

    Bake pie on lower shelf of oven for about 50 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.

    step five

    Let cool, dish with your favorite vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
