• When you sign up as a brand ambassador we collect the following: your name, email address, Instagram handle, your personal website, state and zip code, payment information and any other information you may volunteer to us. We use this information to manage your account and communicate with you.

• When you search for retail locations that sell the Company’s products, we collect geographic information from you including your city and zip code to locate the nearest store.

• When you browse the Website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system in order to communicate with you after visiting our site.

In addition to the foregoing, we may use all of the above information to comply with any applicable legal obligations, to improve the Website and business, to enforce any applicable terms of service and to protect or defend the Website, the Company’s rights, the rights of the Company’s users or others.

For example, we use the online e-commerce platform provided by Shopify Inc. to sell the Company’s products and services to you. We share information about you to aid Shopify in providing services and to complete any purchase that you make on the Website.

• To comply with applicable law or any obligations thereunder, including cooperation with law enforcement, judicial orders, and regulatory inquiries.

• To ensure the safety, security and rights of the Company, the Company’s employees and/or users or to enforce the Company’s Terms of Service.
