- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup plant milk of choice
- 1 tbsp Berry Calm Superfood Powder
- 4 drops almond extract
- 1 tsp maple syrup
First, add your blueberries, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract into a pot and heat until the blueberries start to release their juices and the mixture begins to thicken.
Strain the blueberries out and set the syrup aside. In the same pot, add in the plant milk, Berry Calm powder, almond extract, and maple syrup. Heat until warm and froth as desired.
To assemble the latte, pour 2 tbsp of the blueberry syrup over the frothed milk, stir, and enjoy.
