- 2 tsp Digestion Lemonade Superfood Powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 tea bag of choice
- 1 tsp honey
In a mug, add in the Digestion Lemonade powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Add in your tea bag, honey, and enough hot water to fill the cup.
Serve warm and enjoy!
