- 2 oz Sunwink Lemon-Rose Uplift
- 2 oz AMASS gin
- .75 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- .75 oz zest poppy syrup (1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 1 tbsp ground poppy seeds, zest of ½ lemon)
- Lemon twist to garnish
Combine gin, lemon juice and zesty poppy syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice, cover and shake vigorously until outside of the shaker is frosty. Fine strain into glass. Top with Sunwink Lemon Rose Uplift. Garnish with lemon twist.
